Artificial Intelligence
Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human intelligence processes by computer systems. These processes include learning (the acquisition of information and rules for using it), reasoning (using rules to reach approximate or definite conclusions), and self-correction. AI systems can be designed to perform specific tasks (narrow AI), such as speech recognition or image classification, or to exhibit a general level of cognitive functioning akin to humans (general AI). The field encompasses various sub-disciplines, including machine learning, natural language processing, robotics, and computer vision. AI technologies are applied across various domains, enhancing capabilities in areas such as healthcare, finance, and autonomous systems, to improve efficiency and effectiveness in tasks that traditionally require human cognitive functions.
